Summer is a wonderful time for families to slow down, spend time together, and continue growing in their faith. At PGBC Kids, we encourage families to make the most of everyday moments by reading God's Word, praying together, serving others, and pointing one another to Jesus.
For June, Our focus is on helping children understand that following Jesus isn't just something we do at church, it's a way of life that begins at home

PGBC Kids
Welcome to PGBC Kids. A place where children can discover, grow, and thrive in their faith. We are passionate about providing a safe, fun and Christ centered environment where kids feel loved and excited to learn about Jesus.
At PGBC Kids, we believe every child is uniquely created by God and has a purpose. That is why we create age appropriate spaces filled with joy, connection, and truth. So kids can explore their faith, grow in God's Word and learn how to live it out every day.
We offer a variety of programs including:

Special Events & Outreach opportunities
We believe parents play the most important role in shaping their child's faith, and we are here to support and encourage you on that journey.
We are honored to partner with families in raising children who know Jesus, love Him deeply, and live out their faith every day!
What to Expect on Sunday Mornings
Sunday morning @ PGBC Kids
At PGBC, we love welcoming families and helping kids grow in their faith in a safe and engaging environment.
We offer age appropriate classes during both the 9:15 AM Sunday School hour and the 10:30 AM Worship Service.
On 5th Sundays, children join their families in the 10:30 service as we gather together for Family Sunday. There are no 9:15 children's classes on those Sundays.
Sunday mornings are designed to be fun, meaningful, and centered on Jesus. Through Bible lessons, games, crafts, and friendships, every child is encouraged to grow and feel right at home.

VBS Registration is OPEN
Get ready for the best week of the Summer!
VBS 2026, Illumination Station is coming July 12-16, as we shine a light on who Jesus really is.
"I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." John 8:12
Throughout the week, kids will experience engaging Bible lessons, high energy worship, fun games, hands on activities, neat crafts all pointing them to the truth that Jesus is the Light we follow every day. REGISTRATION IS OPEN...invite your friends and get ready to shine.

Bring the whole family and enjoy an evening filled with friendly competition, fellowship, and memories together.

VBS Volunteer Training
The countdown to VBS 2026 is on!
If you are serving during VBS, join us on June 28th at 3PM as we prepare for an exciting week of helping kids discover that Jesus is the light of the world.
We will cover schedules, procedures, decorating tips, and everything you will need to know before VBS week starts. This is also a time to ask questions, meet other volunteers, and get excited about all that God is going to do during VBS!!!
AWANA at PGBC
What is Awana?
AWANA is a midweek discipleship program where children learn Scripture, play games, and grow in their faith through small group time and Bible lessons. Each Wednesday night, kids discover that knowing and following Jesus is the greatest adventure!
What age groups do have?
AWANA clubs are divided by age and grade so kids can grow in their faith through scripture memorization, Bible lessons, and games, all in a way that fits them best:
- Cubbies- Ages 3-4 (must be potty trained) Preschoolers discover foundational truths about God's love through story time, music, crafts, and games.
- Sparks- Kinder -2nd grade. Learning Bible truths and growing in confidence to share their faith.
- T&T (Truth & Training) 3rd-5th grade. Developing a personal relationship with Jesus through Scripture and discipleship.
Each group is designed to help children grow in God's Word, build friendships, and have fun.
AWANA Calendar
AWANA runs weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 PM during the school year. Special theme nights, mission projects, and fun events happen all year long!
